What the angle sensor actually detects
An Escort angle sensor mounted on a discharge valve or hatch reports its rotational position continuously. Any movement past the configured closed threshold is an opening event, regardless of whether product was drawn.
Because the measurement is angular rather than volumetric, brief partial openings that a level probe would filter out as noise are still captured.
Interlocking with BLE beacons
Teltonika Bluetooth Low Energy beacons and proximity tags are installed at authorised depots and on approved offloading points. Discharge authorisation in Wialon is granted only when both the geofence and the beacon confirm an approved location.
